Yes because God wanted the principle of the Jubilee continuously before the eyes of ancient Israel so they could be prepared to receive Jesus and preach the Gospel to the ancient gentile world. God achieved His purpose and the Jewish people evangelized the world and produced Gods' Christian nation.

Taking the bible to for it's words, it actually predicts to the day that Israel becomes a nation. ( I will post these figures at a later date )
