Sure Droffas. Mark Shultz has been reccomended Waac since hector was a pulp and it has and still is going down, wonder why. I have a lot of his picks myself but not waac.,,. Give me your gut feeling on waac about now. ---LOL---Francis Terry

I think the key word here is proposed. Don't play anything on this except hard core gambling money. It's one of those that will make you rich or take it all away from you. How many shares out and who is running the show? What's his/her background? Do they smoke? Just had to ask that one.

Is WACC wacko?

If you divide the $350 million gross sales number by the number of units (500) you get $715,000 per unit, $79,500 per year and $1500 per week. These numbers sound high even though they assume the timeshares are ocupied each and every week.

Also, no reputable consulting firm would make financial projections 9 years out and allow the company to release this informartion to promote its stock.

If the demand for timeshares in Orlando are so high why are people calling me all the time offering ridiculous incentives to get me there?
