Doug,

I sent an e-mail to OMKT IR to find out if they had any plans
or efforts underway to port Transact to Windows NT. I also am wondering if their Folio product runs on Windows NT. The reason
I think this is important is because as NT increasingly becomes the defacto
enterprise server over the next several years, and competition
increases, this will be essential for OMKT to remain competitive.
I know that NT is not yet ready for bet-your-business transaction
processing, but it will eventually get there, and OMKT better
be ready when it does. The sooner OMKT can address the NT market,
the better position they will be in to capitalize on the opportunities as they arise.

I'll post back when I get a response.

Do you have any concerns about this company that you can share?

Pete
