Thomas,

Since default was imminent for RYO and within 24-48 hours of the release they could have said nothing. I felt very uncomfortable with them stating that they were not in default, only to turn around and say....guess what guys, all the stuff said about us was true!

You talk about the firmness in price as if it has held there for the last month. If we go below 1/2 on Monday then what will you use as an argument?
