I am in Bruce's corner on this one. I never thought I would average down 6 times on a stock but I did so with this one. While I am as impatient as any of you on the constant request for additional time I fail to see where we have much of a choice of alternatives.

Were any of you serious investors would you give serious consideration to investing in a company which has its shareholders involved in a class action suit? Of course not. If you were one of the hot shots who supposedly are in current management would you want to hang around while a disgruntled group of shareholders sought their pound of flesh? Of course not.

If INCE fails I believe we have multiple examples of unauthorized wasting of minority shareholder assets. I don't know how this works in INCE's state of incorporation (Colorado??) but in Montana I have seen an instance where the corporate shield did not protect an officer for personal liability for corporate actions. I only bought INCE because of the infamous forecast issued the Neild administration. (I have saved my copy of what I received when I was sent the investor's relations package. Clearly Neild was not exercising adequate supervision of his employees when such a document was released. Additionally, I have never been asked to vote on anything. While my 88,000 shares are no doubt peanuts compared to others I continue to believe that we live in a democracy and find it hard to believe there has not been some legal screw up here. Once again, a question of not supervising employees.

I say let's drop the lawsuit talk and go with letting management function as management. Personally I hope Paul gets rich off of this if he takes us with him. Accountability issues can be dealt with later, if necessary (I sincerely hope that day does not come.)
