RE: OLEX

Yeah, Greg, I am sort of shaking my head on this one. After writing off my investment months ago, I am seeing something very odd happening...I don't have enough info to form a rational decision, but what I suspect makes things look pretty darned exciting.

The word I have heard is that all the Reg.S notes Oilex wrote were purchased by somebody friendly to the company (my guess is Caye Chapel), yet some MM in Jersey (Sharp Bros.?) is shorting the crap out of the stock on belief that all Reg S.'s will be converted, which they won't. The share count stands steady at ~3.8mm, where it has been for over six weeks now.

Another company, Caye Chapel, is in talks to "consolidate" the two companies, which considering CAYC has money and Oilex doesn't, is a nice way of saying they want to buy 'em out. OLEX' stock is worth at least $2/share on asset value, so I think that is what is driving the upward climb.

Throw in a little short squeeze as the Sharp Bros. scramble to cover, and we might get some exciting action out of OLEX!

And who knows? If Oilex has some properties near Conroe County, maybe CSMA would be interested in buying them. Oilex is primarilly into oil, but does produce NG on the side. Well, maybe CSMA isn't interested, but since I threw that in, I didn't have to strew an OTOT across the top.

Happy investing!
