captain, charts indicate an overbought level in about that timeframe. no other reason. so far everytime we get there we head down. sentiment is definitely changing towards the drillers so we may head up beyond that time frame and possibly all the way to the meeting. from the news today sounds like everyone is willing to say they will cut back. some of these countries(venezeula) really depend on the revenue to run the country so time will tell if they actually make the cuts until the stocks are reduced and prices per barrel firm up some. js
