dave--

well, the q2 rollout date does seem to corrolate with BELs scheduled rollout. i too remember the non-exclusivity stuff, and it goes hand in hand with what we have been expecting...the companies with good partnerships, and with standards based products, are going to get used. the idea that the RBOCs are going to allow themselves to be railroaded into using one provider is just not rational.

as for partnering, its becoming a circus of whores, with everyone trying to get into bed with everyone else. this week should be pretty interesting. i expect most of the players to say they too are developing EDSL products, simply to satisfy the street.

good luck to all,
trey
