Bad Bart,

I'm hearing from bunches of people.

I will need another hour to post the list. Lot's of E-Mails. Man, I need a smoke break.

bg

ps. I think everyone decides if they think buying more BANY is a good idea. I tend to believe that some folks are thinking along those lines. Beyond the interesting technical condition of the stock....remember that the company has yet to clear their throat.........and I believe that all things considered...only a bloody idiot would short this stock now.

When nobody will short...and the MMs have no inventory....don't they need to get the stock somewhere?

<< Would it be to our advantage to combine this buying power at the proper time rather than just single small buys here and there? >>

My view is that everyone should accumulate shares at their own pace, as they can afford them, etc. The significant factor is the conversion of those shares into certificates. Again, at the expense of sounding like a broken record, it's imperative that everyone understands the importance of converting their shares into certificate form and thereby removing them from the free trading float. We can all buy as many shares as we want, but unless they are converted to certs, they can still be borrowed for shorting purposes. Without certificates, this whole process doesn't work.

I'm personally going to buy 5,000 shares next week at the best price I can get them. I think the question you may be asking (and correct me if I'm wrong) is - when is the best time to get the certificates? A little at a time, or all in one combined effort? ---- Good question. The combined effort idea does sound interesting, if everyone could accomplish that at one time. Otherwise, everyone should convert as they make thier buys.

Anyone else with an opinion or a better idea?

Bad Bart,

<<I keep thinking of that commercial with the school of tropical fish being chased by MM's... er... I mean predators... that turns into the shape of a shark..>>

Just to throw something else into the mix here --

I have a good friend who is a professional bond trader. He told me that when MM's go after each other, it can be ruthless. They have enemies too, and when somebody smells blood in the water, the MM's can circle in from miles around to settle old scores........

Interesting, huh?
