Dan,

Kodak bought Sterling drug to get Bayer aspirin and Panadol. It was an incredibly stupid move. They've finally recovered somewhat. It's time for another stupid move. SGI would be a prime candidate, in my opinion.

You're right that it would be a match at first glance, given the previous interest that SGI had in graphics. But since SGI purchased Cray, their focus has shifted to servers and extremely high end machines. Then they decided to compete in the Wintel market also, with an NT platform. Simply put, graphics is no longer their focus, and I think it would be a major mistake for Kodak to buy them.
