If shares are divided by 4 will the price be multiplied by 4? If so, if the stock price is say $0.75 before merger, then after the merger we would be looking at a new price of $3.00. Is that correct? If so, then after the merger we are looking a valuation of 8.3x earnings (i.e. $3.00 / 0.36 or 8.3).

So, you think it is realistic we could see share price go up to
$9.00?
