RIYADH, Saudi Arabia (AP) - The oil ministers of Saudi Arabia, Venezuela and Mexico announced cutbacks on world oil markets that are expected to last through 1998. The ministers said today they would work with other members of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries to withdraw up to 2 million barrels a day from the markets. An oil glut in recent months has led to tumbling prices. A withdrawal of 1.1 million barrels per day will begin April 1.
