Copyright c 1995-1998 Dorsey,

If you can picture this in your mind....draw a horizontal line with
0(zero) on the left edge, and 100 on the right edge, and directly in
the center a perpendicular line with 50 in the middle...if you looked
at this picture with ALL the sectors shown there, the obvious picture
would be a major bias toward the right side the Overbought side
leaning to 100...very very few sectors are on the left side at the
moment...at some point in the not to distant future we will correct
this imbalance, IMO 10-13% from the top???? what ever that top will
be...don't try to guess it...don't worry about it...we'll see it
clearly as we progress... As far as the techs are concerned...i would
avoid all techs unless your a daytrader...don't bottom fish here...I
still think that they will as a whole MISS their numbers for this Q,
and definately WARN about the next Q....we can & will be tech buyers
late June-July time frame...we'll see that too.. So that's my looksee
out at the future & here are the %'s from Dorsey'..BTW 2 very
important ideas here...a BULL ALERT or BEAR ALERT usually means the
sector has turned, off an important bottom or top..an excellent time
to play in those sectors and those stocks...
