George, Thanks for representing the thread by planning to attend the conference. Wish I could , but am too far from B.C. Nothing is better than some first hand information. Goerge Manufacturing something like this is as simple as running your computer,, An order to a vendor to supply a million needles ,,another to supply the package,,,You send the prints and your requirements to each vendor with a time required Venders will be nocking on your door ,and set up an assembly line ,to do final asm,,and away you go , ,something like this does not have that many parts to be a huge challenge Shipping and receiving and marketing are the biggest challenge SAM
