Well, Penni, while I am pretty confident that shoe obsession is typical of Pisces women, I am not willing to take a leap of faith and suggest that shoes with ankle straps are for everyone. Now they make me feel really alluring, and men seem to like them on me, but I bet you have other styles of shoes that you feel sexy wearing. Did you take a thorough inventory of your 60 pairs? What style do you seem to buy over and over, that makes you feel wonderful when you wear them? Since you are petite, perhaps it is shoes with heels? Is there a certain color you love? One of the dead giveaways of the Pisces women I know is that they choose COLORFUL shoes, but I know your color palette is subtly pastel. I would gently suggest that buying shoes you have no memory of is dangerously close to a serious obsessive illness. Perhaps the next time you look up and realize you are in a shoe store in a catatonic state, and have no idea how you got there, it would be healthy to ask yourself "What disturbing thought or feeling am I blocking right now?" However, since I don't believe you are robbing the family food money to do this, and because I am confident you will be generous in donating your little used shoes to some charitable cause, you are not causing pain to yourself or the people around you, and probably do not need a 12-step program. Please write back and tell me how much fun you had in Dallas, and what wonderful ankle-strap sandals you were able to find. I care, I really care!! Christine
