Ivan, why would I make it up?

It says exactly what I said it says.

Karl still has a position in TAVA. He runs a clean newsletter, he puts an asterisk next to every recommendaiton he personally holds a position in, TAVA still has that asterisk. I can't say whether he holds the same position or whether he has sold any.

In my experience, Karl gets conservative if there has been a strong runup in price. He just issued a sell on Rogue Wave which hit 16, although he is still high on the company itself. I would not read too much into Karl's downgrade other than to signal some profit taking in a company whose story is still unfolding.

Karl is celar that the Street still hasn't thought through the implications of the KO deal.

Buy/Hold Rating in VR: I first featured TAVA at $2.13. When it dipped in the $1 range (along with ABTX) I was ranting about buying the shares because of Jenkin's assurance that his plan was working. When the shares doubled, I urged subscribers to average up. As the price continued to rise, I gave it ratings like "Strong buy"/Buy more"/ Don't Sell your TAVA". I've done everything I can to get subscribers positioned. So I've got to think of my long term subscribers in assigning ratings. They get "hold". In the next phase ($10-$20), we will see TAVA rising $4-$5 some weeks. It's tough to hold when you're sitting on $1 stock. But that's the thing to do. If you're new to TAVA, then by all means, "Buy". Hence, my "Buy/Hold" as the market enters the "Spring Volatiles".
