Another good possibility. I have been steering davef toward seeking help, but foolishly assumed this would be limited to regular couch sessions. I had not considered that he might be institutionalized. We have had indications because he has been harping on institutional participation in Actrade for a few days now. Of course, if davef is in the looney bin, he is most certainly in a short position.

Hadn't read your post. Could be that he is in fetal position in his room. The orderlies have not been very nice to him as they are tired of changing his sheets and underwear. Evidently they have stopped giving him clean linens.
