You are at exactly the same spot I was in Arizona. Almost once a week I would wonder why nothing worse was happening to me. But, the big difference is on a scale of 1 to 10, your duty to live by rules you know to be right is probably at about 2. Mine was at a high 9 at the point I got sick of rawkus church and Tammy and Jim and Jimmy and decided to play pool with fun people, and at first it seemed a very pleasant alternative. That's the danger. Everything seems so harmless at first. God's mercy is impossible to understand. But when the angels themselves begin to lose patience with you, you will feel it, I'm sure. :) Spend time with SJ. Take her to do something fun!
