Not sure if that is the same transaction but one of the tax shelter limited partnerships that I looked at last year (Triax or something to that effect) made a significant investment in STF and BEA in both 1996 and 1997. In addition, the 1997 partnership will have funds to spend in 1998 so it may buy some more. Whether the L/P will buy more than their proportionate share or not is unclear. In spite of all the uncertainty, I do expect that the rights will all be exercised and the next week to 10 days will be very active. Regards TommyD
