I'm still here. Got a nice informative response from CFO re ASE. Apparently this is more similar than I thought to their current "razor-and-blades" approach. In other words, currently they practically give away the development kit for dongles, and then make money on the dongles. They are also not charging a lot for ASE kit, but hope to make money on the cards. IMO, we should start to see confirmation of ASE strategy in Q1.

Also, re WAVE acquisition: WAVE paid Aladdin for technology incorporated in WAVE product; Aladdin paid WAVE for 500,000 shares and warrants for up to 15% of stock (all being carried under Other Long Term Assets). The two amounts were practically a wash.
