Mark and Collin,

Thanks for the updates. So, please bear with me a little while longer. I am a little confused about this reverse merger. 4:1. Isn't this a reserve split? why is it being called a reverse merger? And also, you can't just pop onto the Nasdaq buy acquiring a company. The price has to be there. So, am I to assume that FAMH will not longer be the company name, that it will merge, acquire or be acquired, and assume that company's symbol? And if this company is already on the Nasdaq, wouldn't they be the strong one and acquire FAMH? If any of these questions have been addressed, please excuse me. I am trying to get caught up on all my stocks, and any and all help would be appreciated. This reverse merger has me very confused. And I hear Ira in posting on this thread. That is good news for all, as it will help him keep a pulse on how the stockholders feel. I will try to read some previous postings and get some of my questions answered, but would appreciate any insight offered.

Mark, yes, APCO is going like gangbusters. I have doubled my money on this one.

Thanks all,
Redhead

So you are saying that our .60 stock converts to $2.40 on a 1:4
basis then goes to $90+..... sorry but it's not going to happen.

Lance... or did you mean $9.00 per share after the 1:4?
