When something makes no sense there usually is a reason. We may have determined why TMSR shareholder value has been destroyed so significantly since October and why TMSR simply is making no effort to communicate with their shareholders. More questions for the Board of Directors at the annual meeting: Q1: Are you grooming TMSR for an acquisition by (NYSE:CD)? Q2: By anyone? Q3: Has any officer or director of either CD or TMSR ever discussed a takeover, investment/Board position by CD ? note: 1997 Proxy/Annual Meeting Notice mailing should be scheduled for approximately three weeks from today.
