Charles this has some facts mixed with a little speculation.First Netvest could be {not a fact as far as i know} a group of investors who have or are going to put up the money and hold ESVS stock .This sounds to me like ESVS gave them stock to hold as collateral for the money. Second A merger is pure speculation. On a post a few weeks ago there were some questions and answers posted from the company. {unofficially} They said no merger at this time .Third We understand that the money is up to fifty million .I think there was a post that stated some money has already been given around a couple of million. {do not take this as a fact} I feel confident this will be confirmed or denied soon after this is posted {thanks in advance for the help on this issue}Forth We are trying to deal in facts only that is anyones guess.
