Patricia, I agree that security concerns played a big factor as did BAY's earnings warning. COMS report on Tues. (after) will likely move the group (up I hope). I bought additional shares @ 31 5/8. If it doesn't open higher Monday I'm planning to sell these shares immediately as it'll be likely go lower still. It does look like holding 31 1/4 is key support. Larry
