I agree for several reasons,not the least of which is that i find it difficult to believe that DLJ would take a position in a BB stock for their own account in the first place.My contacts a DLJ said they don't participate in or provide investment banking services for companies with market caps under 100 million.I also doubt they would front run if they had inside knowledge of an acquisition.
I don't believe DLJ is a shareholder of DCI.
