Hi James,
The POC is a separate license(actually 2 or 3). BMG/Roche does not have that. One POC license would be for hospitals OUTSIDE the lab; for example, the ER, patients floors, and ICUs.
Another POC license would be doc offices.
Another might be doc in the box centers or something like industry or water testing or food testing, etc.

So the POC can be in the hospital, this is a carved out area.

Any POC deal would likely have a big upfront fee, plus yearly fees until it is being sold (like the BMG license). Plus milestone payments.
So it would be spread out over time.
