Good time to ask the musical question "which came first, the chicken or the egg?" It was the chicken. (NETZ) The egg (ESVS short) just hatched in a brilliant flash. You make this sound so insideous - like I had a plan to beat this thing down with negative comments and short it. Let me remind you of the sequence of events: 1. Some idiot repeatedly chirps-in with off-topic posts on DCLK about NETZ. 2. I get curious, visit NETZ, finds Yet Another Dilusional Penny Stock Thread. (YADPST) 3. I discover that NETZ is engaged to be married, at least in the minds of thread participants. (And, based on increasing evidence, perhaps in reality.) 4. Frustrated with the inability of retail customers to short penny stock turkeys like NETZ (I'd be rich beyond imagination if this were possible...), I get this crazy thought - "hey, maybe it's true - they really ARE going to merge! Wow, for once the little guy gets to short a guaranteed loser! Whoa, lookie-here - ESVS is a shortable stock! 5. ESVS sinks while NETZ rises. Do I care about the latter? Naw.... Frankly, I don't enjoy seeing people lose money. I win. You win. Everybody is happy. For now. (In point of fact, I didn't actually short ESVS. However, I admit that I do get encouragement from having my hunches validated, and hope that somebody on "Roger's 1998 Short Picks" made some good money on this short.) Convention organizer? Perhaps. But who nailed-up the first flyers that provided the seed of thought that gave birth to the convention? You did. (Meaning, here, not "you" personally, but the "collective you".)
