Don and All,

I agree.

If we can thwart the scumbags who are trying
to gain control of the company for their own
ends, I still believe IMS can be as successful
as George once envisioned.

Here is the URL for a list of all the NASD
District Offices. It includes the locations,
phone numbers, and Directors names.

Regards,
jimpit

On December 23, 1997 I wrote a note to this board as follows:

...But, alas, IMS is in a "quiet period" so it's stock goes softly into the night disappearing in the darkness without as much as a tear or a whimper. The only question I have is WHY? Is this just part of a plan to dilute out small shareholders and then adopt a new ESOP where the insiders and their cohorts realize all the profit. One would think that 58% of the company is enough. Is all of this one piece of a "Grand Design" to garner all of the return for a coterie of insiders? It may sound like the hackneyed plot from a remake of "Wall Street"; but, I've had a lot more absurd thoughts become reality. It's most disquieting and I don't like it!

If you want to avoid being had contact Tom Childs and send money now!! (pardon me, a wave of nausea is again overtaking me)
