Just look at ITKG's website, www.itechfin.com., in the financial section you will see that it is part of the sub-licencing agreement.

As for the next question it's West Virginia University. CIRA is the name of the think tank where all of these technologies originated. It is my understanding that because of their relationship ITKG has first right of refusal to all new technologies coming out of CIRA.
