van wang, I am long CPQ at much higher prices than it is now at. Even though we are on the opposite side of the spectrum regarding CPQ, I see a valid point in your assessment below: "that is why I like to short crippled large caps...it doesnt run up nearly as fast as people think..." I am wondering if this is not a factor in more shorts hitting this stock with gusto and thus contributing to its further price erosion as there are no large institutions to come to its rescue ala AOL. Overall, You raise good contrarian issues even though I disagree with them in peace. peacelover
