Jackel, thank you for your reply. I can appreciate PMA, but have over the years found that doubt is much kinder to my wallet when considering penny stocks. There is a saying that the optimist can always make money off the pessimist in the stock market, but I don't think they ever owned a penny stock. Smart money would have a person wait until property could be valued and 1/3 on it's way to full potential. I know that others will suggest that one misses a lot of the move that way. PMA would have me at least take a little position here, well maybe. "Meet you at the top" could also be a euphemism for you will sell to me at the high. However your reply does suggest a person, activist shareholder, that believes what they say. I live on a hilltop near Attica, maybe near you? Maybe we can actually meet at the top some day. Thanks.
