I think the rest of the story would be irrelevant. I think it's obvious that $4 was the time to sell out of OVIS. I think Jim's point is, that many people sold out of OVIS when it pulled back after hitting a dollar, when it would have been better for them to weather the storm and make a whole lot more money selling at $4. The whole SEC thing doesn't change that fact.

Rob.

I think OVIS has been back trading for a little while now..
new symbol is RMIL... the point was that the stock ran
from 25cents to $4.25 on the shorts having to cover and due
to the investors coming in and believing in the strength
of the stock to move... YES, the stock came back down..but
there was several days that it remained above $3 so there
wasn't a one hour chance to get out after those gains...

FOR ALL: RMIL (was OVIS) has come down again.. I think around
$1 now or so... but that's still way above 25 or 30cents when
alot of people were buying in... we just all have to be careful
to know when a stock has potential to continue moving up
and when it doesn't...

what do you guys think??? is a stock at 28cents more likely
to move up for a 10bagger or is a $4.25 stock more likely
for a 10bagger... you decide that one... I know the answer
to it myself... that's how I decide whether or not it's
time to get out... I think any stock under $2 has potential
to move... above that you're looking at a long term stock..

so just be smart and know when it's time to buy... when it's
time to hold.. and when it's time to sell... don't get too
greedy and don't be silly into thinking a $4 stock is going
to $40 cuz I've never seen it happen.. at least not in a short
period of time... hope this helps you better understand what
I was saying... looking forward to a great week in TNRG

(darn it.. I wasn't gonna post again on this thread ... oh
well.. didn't want you confused on my point)
