JK,

While I agree that manipulative Mmkr practices undercut the integrity of the market place, I also believe that companies like GIFS, SEXI, IDID, GYMM,...etc, also undermine that same integrity.

There is a difference between a company making a mistakes in terms of meeting SEC compliance and deliberately avoiding meeting that compliance when deficiencies are brought to their attention.

RMIL had some 1 million shares outstanding when management basically tripled the number of shares outstanding through their option plan. Then they subscribed a 13 million share Reg S which proved to be enourmously dilutive to those unsuspecting shareholders of the stock at that time. Both of these apparently were performed without the benefit of a properly audited 10K if Mr. Mork is to be believed. (The 10K comments by the accounting firm that signed off on OVIS' 10K seem to confirm this as well)

Again, there is a difference between mistakes or misunderstandings of SEC regulations and wanton indifference to them. Where do rational individuals believe RMIL activities lie?

I wish to also offer, once again, my apologies for confusing you with Joey.

Regards,

Ron

>>I truly believe, and I think you will agree with me, that RMIL is not tarnishing the
investment community any more than I am hurting USS Steel!<<

i disagree wholeheartedly. the fact is that when scamsters see how easy it is to manipulate those they are scamming into fighting for the scammers ability to scam the very same scamees they learn. they then apply. the more scams there are the more tarnished wall street gets.

if someone consistently robs your neighborhood then your neighborhood will get a tarnished reputation. period. it happens all the time. if i wasn't so stubborn (and good!) i might have quite investing b/c i was caught in a scam. if masses of people decide to do the same, what happens to wall street?

all fraud and bad behavior hurts wall street. on this we agree. mike milken s/b still in jail, imho. and never get out. boesky, too. huttoe, too. all the bre-x scamsters, too. all the twti scamsters, too. along with all the idid scamsters, too. and these are just a few. very few. what was the total market cap of these small peas in a much bigger pod? several billion at their highs.

chump change, right? nobody cares, right? give me a break!

>>Please tell me who I have a "personal grudge" against or what. I don"t have a clue
as to what you are talking about and it is evident you don't have a clue either.<

i believe i didn't post that message directly to you. however, let's go over the concept. some people attack those that are trying to help them communicate with their company on an official, upfront level. these people who are attacked are trying to get the company to be upfront and honest. apparently, the investors in rmil don't want their company to be honest and straight forward with them so they attack those that do want the company to be honest and straightforward.

why? why attack those who are helping your own self interest. b/c they have a get rich quick dream and believe the nays are spoiling it. they don't press the company for the truth b/c, as jack said, they can't handle the truth!

they are fighting against their own self interest in a wild flail of confusion and disorientation. it is apparent that those who do this (and i don't know if you do or not) are so upset and emotional toward the nays that they are throwing the baby out with the bath water. and the company keeps manipulating them. these folks are a con(fidence) man's wet dream.
