Thanks Ken, I believe you have done more to inform and educate the GIFS shareholders than any of the alphabet agencies, or any other individuals. For the record, I currently own 3000 GIFS between my IRA account and my trading account. I wrote off the loss on my trading acct for 1997, and will make my Schedule D (and D-1) available to anyone who asks. I hereby publicly challenge Gayle Essary to do the same to document his claims that he lost heavily on GIFS. I will fax a copy of my current statements on both accts to anyone who desires proof that I still own GIFS. tom worley
