Hello Dennis: Additional chip on flex circuit (COF) descriptive matter that is understandable can be found in the 10-K405 of Smartflex Systems (3/21/97) in the" Description of the Company" section. Also some in the analagous portion of the Sigma Circuits, Inc. 10-K and in the Adflex Solutions S-3 (now cancelled) Registration Statement, but Smartflex's seems best. I got the idea we are talking a HUGE HUGE industry here. Hope these sources help. rl
