Ernie,
Imagine that Joe sold us to another telecom that no one has heard of and we got $20 a share, but we receive all stock from the this company in return for our shares. If we had a 30 day holding period, how many of us would decide to hold for more than 30 days. I think most of us would take the money and RUN! This is the same situation facing the CardCall crowd and I can't blame them for cashing out. It is hard to gamble with a 10 to 1 return even with the potential that DCTC has to offer. I still think they'll regret not waiting it out, but they're coming from a different perspective right now.

Ernie--you took the words out of my mouth. Bravo to you. AWESOME POST BABY (As Dick Vitale would say)

This is like a ship taking on water...water keeps coming in (sellers) but there are very few buckets (buyers) around, and the #1 bucket is provided by the captain (DCTC) himself and his arms are getting tired. The other buckets are old and cracking (tapped out investors who knows the DCTC story) Need new buckets.

*Laugh* Running out of metaphors people. Buckets, eyes, Lions, Tigers... oh my.

Also, want to say thanks for the good thread this weekend. For the past 2 months havent seen much discussion other than "just wait". Not that we got many answers this weekend, but its nice to see someone speaking up besides George E. about what the hell is going on here.

Mark

EDLF,

Good post. You brought up some good points. I agree with you about kicking a dead horse. There is nothing we can do about the sellers so we should let it go. All I care about is that it's not insiders. Your point about the PR is well taken and I believe Joe made a comment to me about that a few days ago. Any further PR will be based on the newsletter that is coming out next week (hopefully). I don't know a whole lot about the contents but Joe did say there will be a few surprises. Maybe he might even discuss the listing. Once WorldPass and the latest Fla. acquisition is completed then the only thing holding us back from one of the exchanges is the stock price.

Best Regards
