They did help raise $250,000.00 for the company when they did a private placement almost 3 tears ago!! They are not now in any way affiliated with or have connections to ADGI. And have not had any kind of association with ADGI for at least 2 1/2 years.They did during that period introduce ADGI to some pharmaceutical mfgs. and helped in obtaining some contracts while acting as consultants. The president of ETLC is one Louis C. Miceli. I suggest that you do some real research,apparently what you and your cohort are "digging' up is really old stale news that has no effect on the present day business of ADGI. Nice try,but ya did better on the OVIS-RMIL threads. No one wants to or will listen to your garbage here. Anyone wanting any info on ADGI can look it up in all the past SEC filings that can be found on EDGAR. John
