I hope that Fidelity has enough sense to realize that this is just a temporary phase. As far as rumors are concerned, I simply don't believe in them, because there is no way to quantify the correlation between runours and stock prices. The best thing to do is to buy on fundamentals. CLCX should be near a bottom, but there could be more downside to this. What about the affect of students and attorney generals in other cities who might file a lawsuit? What about students now deciding not to go to CLC, and instead go to some other tech school. What about the effects of the market. There might be a pull back, and if that happens, loook for CLCX to be around $12. I will not buy untill it has formed a descent bottom. Other opinions are welcome.
