Hello,

Here is a snapshot of institutional and inside ownership as of month
end December 31, 1997. These totals do not include the recent new
purchases of the President, Wellington Management or Allen & Company.

According to DoJoWiz, Wellington filed a Form 13G indicating that they
now own 7.3%. Another player, Allen & Company, entered the arena by
taking a 5.6% position in AMVC.

Doug, March 22 your post stated to wait a month before a move to take out upside resistance. So regarding your recent comment about running some TA on AMVC, lets not worry about making it a priority. But if you see something one way or another I'm sure our fellow AMVC'ers will be listning.
My recent call to AMVC headquarters and conversation with Alan Steel CFO was very optimistic for 1999 as stated in the press release. I see this company as undervalued and having a good handle on their future growth. This is just not a revenue year. But Steele said he was excited about what was in the works.
