Dear Wayne and All: "Now! I 'm only also guessing at this, but, is it possible that the deal could be signed and announced before April 1st.? ( Let's say for example this coming week?)----Maybe eluding to the deal has been signed to become effective April 1st. ?--then included in the announcements any/all supporting details and information? ( Just my own opinion!)" I like this idea, Wayne! I think this is a very reasonable idea that the company is very likely to implement! Also look at the quote below by BHarp5 : "Asked (of course) about merger status: said he is waiting for the word to announce definitive terms of the deal. He said lawyers are working to get proper forms filed with SEC, etc.. Being paranoid, I asked if there was a chance that we could see news that deal has been called off? He said that the deal is agreed upon and that we will see terms in the near future". I have a feeling that a merger has been signed and what they're doing right now is to finish up some paper work! ... It is just my opinion, but I believe we will hear something next week!, something very nice, I believe!!! I am not hypying this stock, if I do, I am sorry!but I feel that we are there, we arrived to our port!What we need is to some one to ring a horn saying that WE ARE ARRIVED, baby ...!!! I have no idea how all of you play with that chart!, but in my opinion, if some big guy really are accumulating this stock, when the stock start its first run up, it is gonna be only a slight shaking! before the second run! Hi Wayne I think everybody here has chosen the right place to exchange their views, and we will expand in further directions "how to best use this fine 'S.I. Tool' to maximize and insure our individual investment goals." Wayne, I really can't get over your dedication here on the CVIA Thread and how your efforts are, and always have been, to take the only thing all "C-VI-yAros" have and represent it continually to a Pharmacist who has lost some money in the stock market. -The fact that: "These Shareholders are Human Beings too", and will cooperate with him in good faith; and trust in his initiative and good judgment.- You proved to Jack Arnold what he already knew; that CVIA's fate was in his hands. But you made yourself the standard he needed. You provided him "consciousness to know" -that what he was holding, that what he did, would result in a change in value to many. He had to care about this, as well as his own interest, when he spread out his ideas on the negotiating table. I think you have provided All CVIA share holders a Great Big Life Insurance Policy. We may never really know, but perhaps there's some sort of beauty in that. Whatever really happens, I think everybody will walk away knowing something good about "Wayne J.", and the useful "Silicon Investor". Of course, it is all just opinion, but there is much more here than Broker's advice. To me it is proven well, in the past several months, seeing everybody who works like you "collectively" on the CVIA Thread. (-all kidding aside!) Dave
