Hi Manny,

Its been a while since I calculated but I believe the conversion would have been 6.17 MGI shares for one of the other company. Most probably used the purchasing companies share price of $25 U.S divided by 6.17 equaling something like $4 and change U.S.Paints a rosy picture for MGI shareholders.

I did it another way, I factored in what the purchasing company was getting for their buck, Recalculated the worth of their shares and divided by the 6.17.

My advise to friends who held the stock was to get anything they could over 5 bucks and not look back, some did, some didn't.
