If you and your staff are buying a stock then recommending it, it could be viewed as just trying to manufacture demand to push the price up so you can make a quick buck. If a stock broker were to buy shares in advance of placing orders for their clients, it is called front running, and it is in violation of SEC, NASD, and NYSE regulations. I don't think you fall under those regulations, but did you ever consider listing in your newsletter or your web page you and your staffs personal portfolios?
