Greg, I understand where you're coming from to some extent.

I've followed this thread for so long now that I feel that I know everybody on it, even without the benefit of two-way conversation. Obviously I'm a newcomer to posting but intend to stay involved when I have something to add to the discussion(even if only for the free trial period.)

I have, in fact, already called upon quite a few venture capital firms that I have worked with in the past. I'm still awaiting their responses. There is a CD directory (I believe that it is called INFON 98 Venture Capital Directory or something like that) that lists all the US venture capital firms along with contact names, etc. The beauty of it is that it lets you narrow your search to firms that are interested in specific criteria such as later-stage, technology company, being screwed by its management, etc. I tried looking for it on the Internet but haven't had much luck so far. I'll keep searching.

Best of luck.

Can't say I'm ecstatic about inviting in the "Vulture" Capitalists, but in this case we probably wouldn't suffer more than had the offering gone through or should Hoevel and Neches be allowed to steal the company from us.

My only question is: Do we have time? Every firm looking at this company is going to want some time for Due Diligence, etc.
