You made me review my notes. I'm not sure weather Divi did $100M in revenue in 1997, or just under $80M. The difference would come out of my encoder numbers(I used the lower numbers for Divi). Divi grew just under 50%, in 1997. Divi did between, 25% and 30% of sales in '97. Divi is expected to grow faster this year, most(you've heard it before) in the second 1/2.

In previously posted out-looks, I thought I heard that Divi had crossed $100M annual rate of run($80M). My notes just say that they were at $100M annual revenues.

Divi's entry into broadcast is big. Networking video at high speeds is big. A settop box win will add to Divi revenues. 100% growth is not out of the question.
