Vic, the option holders may be selling. Now, what about the Series C preferred stock and the end of March? And what about the FTEL warrants that can convert if the FNET IPO does not take place by June 30, 1998?

Would someone more able than myself let us know exactly how many shares these situations will involve and when they can take place? Is this a big reason for the current fall? Also, if more shares become available for sale, and if good news does not come out (i.e.sales) what effect might that have on things?
