Eric I think Healthmed is the kiss of death for this trade..imo. Healthmed needs to buy in the market...they set the stock ceiling for the next 2 yrs at four dollars per share...ok for mayor shareholders.. not good for us...you will be lucky to get off at 2. katz or whoever needs to publish....Fda needs to approve. We will never see the money if you transfer control back to Katz and Healthmed... no reason to. best approach may be to restore a strong partner and force hostile takeover. regards luis
