You are right. A 2M bbls of reduction in oil production doesn't mean anything. Producers will eventually pump as much oil as they can.

But at least for a little while there maybe some discipline. Price of oil will not skyrocket, but IMO, will return to about the $18-$20 range, which I think is beneficial in the long range ;-)
