Capslock.... Between 93 -95 there were at least three reverse splits of 25, 10 and o 1 ratios. That is an equivalent of 3750:1.... It's obvious that you haven't done any research as there are only two filings available on EDGAR. 1 explicitly states the reverse splits (note 15) the other is a letter of resignation by the directors of TNRG to Mr James Tilton. The letter was prompted MY Mssrs Tiltion and Williamson's "alleged" involvement in stock manipulation by releasing misleading and false information to the press. There may have been more reverse splits but I wasn't able to locate any information about the company.n Probably because there isn't any. Does anyone know what this company does. Comparing TNRG to SFE... come on. Whoever believes that would believe anything. SFE is a world class company with assests and a track record. Does TNRG have any assets??? Oh no one knows. Yes, I 'll call Mr Tilton and ask him if he has a sound company and then I'll ask the wolf which way it is to Grandma's house.!!!!!
