more questions... since no one is posting on the RDRT thread, i've looked at rdrt's financial past. it sucks. is the rdrt mgmt new or better or ??? just because they have the technical knowhow now, does that mean that their lead is permanent? how rapidly can apm compete with rdrt? given sucky forecast in this q and next, how about end of year quarters? i went back and reread some ibm news on how they spent $630 million in capital expansion at ibm storage, and just was stunned by how much they outspent both rdrt and apm. is ibm going to dominate the disk drive business (besides seagate) ? or are their product innovations too slow? oops got off topic about rdrt and apm.
