Nikkei is up, but well off its highs. I guess no one reads the papers until after the market opens.

Actually, they seem to have been up on more comments about an economic stimulus package and on the heels of the DJIA rise last Friday.

Japan is up on econ stimulus measures from the gov to be announced this weak. (There's alot going on over there besides oil.) Only reason I know this is because I've been buying Jap stocks lately. :)
